Mission of the Kentucky Main Street Program

Is to build local capacity and leadership to establish an ongoing downtown revitalization program based on the Main Street 4-point approach, which respects, maintains and develops the historic resources and the historic cultural values reflected in the downtown, improving quality of life and creating a sense of place.
